OK John, with the ongoing pursuit of your education, I need to add the next piece to my previous insight into wisdom on how to avoid getting sick. I should now disclose that the authorities apparently frown on the implimitation of this technique on small children, so you are going to have resort to other methods for her illness. Unless ofcourse, I misunderstood and the sick little girl is not your daughter but rather Mrs XB, then the earlier method will work a treat for her as well.
