Hi Guys.

I did a quick browes to check if this has been covered but couldn't see any mention.

The two stolen boats from the Sydney boat show have been recovered and charges laid.

Just had another read of the article. Looks like one boat recovered and one moron charged. I guess they would be hoping the ######## in custody would know the whereabouts of the second boat.

Hey Greg, Back in Black has a post about his boat getting warranty repairs done by sailfish and he mentions that the one in custody wont roll over on who ever else is involved even though he is facing 14 or so years in the naughty corner.

yeah like that will happen. he will probsay carp like he came from a broken home and get not much more than a slap on the wrists. i wont say what the cops are most likely doing incase they are forum users lol but i know what they do and how they work. they most likely will get the others

In this day and age were there are cameras everywhere, you have to down right stupid to expect to get away with thefts like this. Just think, petrol stations everywhere, speed camera on every second corner, red light cameras on every corner, traffic control cameras on all major roads, even MACCAS have cameras!
On an emotional basis, throw the book at the scum. On a more rational basis, keep your insurance uptodate and hope "they" learn you can't get away anymore and stop the practice. However you can't regulate stupidity or lack of empathy for fellow humans.
