Go the Mighty Blues (next year!)

    G'day guys,

Finished this up today. This is my second attempt at using the "SAP" super goo. This stuff sticks like shit to a blanket! I think I'm starting to get the hang of it and with the next few I'll try something a bit fancy. This rod is a present (I can't let the cat out of the bag in case he sees this) but the club colours are blue (great choice). I used some ALPS colour co-ordinated guides, ALPS seat and gimbal and some inlayed EVA, Hope he likes it.

        Thanks guys for your comments.
The super goo is the Trelikes SAP he put out a while ago. It makes the pigments and epoxy solidify to the extent where the colours don't mix together.
I use Selley's Quik Grip for all my EVA handle inlays. It works fine.

Is that one guide for each year? So a guide shaped like a ZERO for each win they've had?

                              Thanks everyone for your comments.

For the last 7 years I haven't been able to sleep properly. I keep having maroon coloured nightmares nearly always ending in a field goal just before I wake up. It never ends! I've turned to drink with thoughts of next year and that helps a little. Then it starts all over again!
