Recieved a Superwinch GP3000 for by birthday to my dismay we found that the Tension Plate was broken before we had it out the box. We returned to the place of purchace and they where great and had a new plate ordered from the supplier and refitted. But by this replacement also broke soon after getting the winch home again and releasing the cable.
I was wondering if there are any superwinch GP3000 owners who have experienced the same problem and would care to comment.
