Navionics vs iSailor for I Pad
Can anyone out there offer some comments as to which of these 2 apps is more user friendly and accurate ? I have both on the iPhone and seem pretty similar.
Going to use my new ipad and external bluetooth GPS atenna

Mate I have isailor and whilst its ok I really do not like how you cannot add user defined waypoints by entering coordinates such as when someone gives you a secret spot. I believe you can do this with Navionics.

Re: Navionics vs iSailor for I Pad
The one thing I have found is iSailor has much more (nvaigation) detail for lakes and rivers - have a look around batemans bay area and the clyde river as an example. Another good example are the southern NSW lakes and some of the entrances (Mossy Point boat ramp near tomakin being an example) - Navionics has no detail at all - iSailor is packed with detail and navigation aids. However having said that Navionics seems to have more depth contours in open waters and easier to place marks etc.
So I use both depending on the situation (iSailor for navigation, Navionics for fishing).
