Looks nice mate. How does hole shot compare? Any difference in how it holds onto the plane at slow speeds? Cheers

What prop is it running Tim and what guages came with it? Good fuel figures. What does it rev to? WOT is about what I get out of mine.
OK, need to know some "stuff" what is the max RPM? remove the permatrim thingy and do all your testing with that off, have someone hang over the back when on the plane and see where the cav plate is running.
My F115 gets my 520 Sig to 65 Kph at WOT. My fuel figures aren't as good as that but I expect better once the motor frees up as Jason has found.
The lump.
WOT is around 5600 rpm. spinning a 17-K Stainless. As for Guages, They pretty much left my guages there and just replaced the motor. In theory i can lie and sell my 4 stroke which has only done 400 hrs..
Permatrim was well underwater when i look, so i'm bring it up a hole.
My motor idles at 1000rpm, so i think i may need to adjust it lower . What are you idles speeds at home guys,
thanx
Starts at 800-900 and drops to 700 after a couple of seconds. FYI I am getting 6000RPM WOT with the same prop on a Yalta555 but top speed is the same. I am now averaging 2km/l for a day out or very close to it. Cruise anywhere between 4000- 4800rpm depending on current and how much it is burning at the time. The fuel management guages are great.
I notice some goo or gasket between the leg and the engine. Is this normal.
