    Another quite day at work

As some of youse know im now no longer a public servant and am now a miner.... Working a 3 weeks on 1 off (hard slog) but in that 3 weeks i get a day off and what is one to do on their day off while working at Jabiru hmmm fishing i guess, good thing i know a person up here with a boat....

hit the water for a lazy 9am back off the water by 11am. 500mts from boat ramp...
Damn i love fishing the Territory... and a bit of local knowledge goes a long way....

Oh and all caught on hard body B52's also FRESH WATER, so this may be in the wrong section and should be under freshwater fishing.... 88cm and 76cm Barra, and i still hate barra fishing.......

So MUDDY TOES for your smart ass comments please fell free to post up your report anytime in the next week.... Just sayin

    Nice Barra, and great sunnies.
Nothing to do with fishing I planted a new chilli bush yesterday 6x hotter than my birdseye bush, should be good in your chilli relish.

Hey tropicrows I got a few jars in the fridge of hot hot chilli your welcome to a jar if you want it. Love my sunnies polarized and free.
Mossy get out while you can, government jobs are not what they used to be. Now it's under paid lazy sods.
Superdaff. Will do but with my new job I find it hard to get on here.

I hear you lads are going to 1770. It was only today that Anthony thought he would be a smartass and post on Facebook about your up coming trip just lucky I caught something for a bit of retaliation.
Dave the fish have to be a good meter before I get excited it is the territory and they aren't PB's. Couldn't even take them home as I'm in the camp so to te boat owner they go.
I will be home next Wednesday and heading fishing in Monday 27th if any one is keen? Mossy if you want to head offshore I'm keen. Maybe the shelf. Check the weather and if all good I'm keen.
Graham they are very nice barra for this time of year.
Dave believe it or not that cobia I caught went harder as I'm using 80lb braid and 100lb leader. Not much of a fight but they do jump.
Bill I will send you a photo of my work place For no other reason than to make you jealous.

Cobiaman calling himself a worker.......that should be in the jokes section!!!

I was just thinking Lucas.....how quick do you think you can get that thing filleted and sent down to us?
It's a nice shiny one whatever it is....Bill and I could probably use a slab each up at 1770 for a bit of flesh bait.

Do reds eat silver biddy fillets?

Nice work anyway mate.....Rostered Day Off or Random Day Off?
