camp freezer or fridge hire (waeco or engal)

Does anyone know of any camping shops around brisbane that hire camp fridges or freezers? Doing a boys trip to fraser and we are camping this year instead of the house so need to keep all the goodies frozen and was trying to stay away from Dry ice.

depends on how long you are going for ?

If it is only a week, no need for freezer...IMO. We didn't take a Freezer on our 8 day trip recently.

Eskies worked well and the Cryovac got a work out. Plenty of ice the various shops around the traps.

We had a Drinks esky.

Meat esky

other food esky

and a large esky we filled with ice at Rainbow. we then used a rotation system. Kept eskies out of sun and only opened them when required.

I think it was day 4 or 5 , before we replenished some ice stocks.

So my question is probably " what goodies do you need to keep frozen " ?
