yeh gain a bit high but was triing to play with a few things as this was the image we pulled reds off ,very similar to what greg was looking for in his dvd , 2nd pic was a bait school loaded with yakkas , the 4th pic was pearlies , others are random some of a pinicle we call the temple i have plenty more but all pics are 2mb and after shrinking them never look as good even these ones have lost plenty of detail going from 2mb - 100kb . but must add if the sounder was showing big fish show there where big fish to be caught and if screen was blank the fish just were not there , at one stage on the way out for 40 odd klms we stopped on several reliable marks to find nothing on the sounder in fact thought the tranny was playing up at one stage untill each time we dropped on good ground but now shows we caught nothing and vis versa when we finally got wide and sounder showed fish we caught fish.
this is a shoot of the first pic when i first went over it
Just to let you know Wayne Im pretty sure they have increased the limit on JPeg photos to 900kb.
Nice work. Did you find the garmin easy to use? I like their chartplotters, they seem to make sense to me more than some of the others.
Interested to what combo you're running mate? GSD24 (I guess?) and a ??? transducer?
