    a few new rods

    Heres a few new rods i have built over the last few weeks
    The 2 x baitcasers are stcroix 5C60MF-G-10 (black/gold)
    The bottom bouncer is a seeker 6455h (cobalt/red/gold/black)
    The spin rod is a calstar BTG270-7 (blue/silver/black)
    And my new rod with the grunter is a viper AVP844-SV/PFLUEGER PATRIARCH with "K" series sic guides

    I just started at 46yrs old cant see me stopping either, i have tattoos someone told me they were addictive they obviously wernt a rod builder.LOL.

    yer mate ,once the rod building hooks get in they stay in lol
    it really is a great craft to learn and the creativity is only limited by the imagination

    there is 2 gold rods in the photo's
    slightly different bindings but same blanks

    Very nice work there rfarren ive been looking at the blue binding you did and baffle on how you did that ,its doing my head in lol cheers Chris.

    its a simple chevron mate
    blue underbind with a black and silver chevron on top
