Cape Cod Popping Rod

Hello fellow Ausfishers,

This is the second rod I built for my trip to Exmouth. A PE8 popping rod. Being new to popping, I didn't get a hook up to give it a work out, but I was very happy with the castability of this rod using Stainless-SiC KW guides.

Black Hole Cape Cod Blank - 80N - 8"0' Butt Joint PE8
Fuji Stainless-SiC KW guides
ALPS Aluminium Reel Seat
Matagi Aluminium bling
