Sea jay territory 4.55 my first boat

just a line to say i have just gotten my first boat. after reading some of the forums , i liked the sea jay territory 4.55. it was outside my budget but was very lucky to pick up a second hand boat with 50 4st Yamaha 18 months old with all the bells and whistles.i have been out 4 time last week and it more than great, very easy and confidence building for a first timer.

i just need to catch some fish now , but at least i'm no longer on the couch,,,,

Top choice of boat mate, I am sure you will have a ball and have many years of service out of it.

Getting out 4 times in the week...you are enjoying it aren't you ! That is fantastic.

However, ummmmmmmmmmmmmmm something pretty important is missing I think........

photos Isn't Ausfish rule number 1: "it doesn't exist if there aren't photos"

(rule number 2 is possibly that it is invisible on the water unless it has AUsfish stickers on it )

Good choice mate, I have the 435 Seajay Escape with a 40 Yammie and go every where including offshore. It has a 60 L underfloor tank so the range is great.I wish I had spent the extra $$ and gone the 455 with a 50 Yammie.

Never had one but a few mates have had seajays and they have been impressed, they always looked a nice solid build, hope you get heaps of use out of it, nothing sadder than a boat that doesnt leave the garage.
    Cheers

i am lucky the ramp is only 500m away so its easy to nick out for a hour or two for a bit of crabbing

here are a few pictures to make it real .....

I assume you mean Ausfish stickers mate. If so go to the top of the page in the orange section and click on products. I have two on my dinghy but am yet to post pics as my trailer is away and it ain't dignified to take a pic of my little trooper sitting on the ground.

The only thing I have noticed is how low the cut is in the transom. In a rolling sea I always seem to get water in over the back. I have put in 2 pieces of perspex. Works a treat
