Hi,

Just picked up my new boat and just wondering what these plugs might be?

Looks like you can clip a bait board or something in.

Looking to replace the broken one and dont know where to start?

They are tallon mounts! for cup/ bottle /rod holdes etc Bias sell them.

Yep , they are talon mounts
Pull those off and put stainless ones on if you dont want to chip them in the future.
Those two are spaced ( I think 300mm from memory ) to hold the devices that require a pair. ie scuba tank holders and a three rod holder. etc
I have the same setup but cant say I have eever used it much in that position as it tends to be in the way of your thigh and things get bumped.
