Collingwood park, but the boat is at Narangba till later in the week. It will be getting dropped of to ormeau (can leave it here for a few days if you are close) any of these suburbs you make the decision and we can tee something up.

hope its alright to drag this up but was wondering lucee what unit you are using the sonic hub on eg size. if it was on a 5 im wondering how much/if any room it takes up on the screen. also wondering if the hub part (amplifier part) needs to be stored in a weather proof area or could i install it in my quintrex dory 420.

    cheers ryan

Mate it takes up no room at all I run 2 x 5 hds
The unit sits under the dash but as I believe it can be stored anywhere.
If no one is willing to show you how it works let me know and I will show you mine.
    Awesome bit of gear.

awesome lucee thanks for the reply.
so just wondering how you access the sound options eg change a song. i'm assuming that you would hit pages and bring up the sonic hub screen through which you access it? sorry for the question just trying to get my head around it before i get one. its either sonic hub or get a stereo. leaning the hub

    Re: Fusion i phone dock

Nag it sits at the bottom at all times 1 cm bar think of a computer and the bar at the bottom the same setup except that it's all sonic hub. Hold pages and the bar highlights yellow/orange and then you use zoom in/out for volume round toggle for changing songs etc menu brings up your iPod menu.
To hook up: power to black box etc then add to your Nmea network and it should work also remember you can add subs and 2 extra speakers to the sonic hub.
Run all speaker wiring through some PVC pipe if you can't keep it dry.
    Where abouts are you located??

    Re: Fusion i phone dock

The only downfall with the sonic hub is you need a lowrance system to run it but with the fusion it comes with its own screen.

    Re: Fusion i phone dock

Sweet thanks mate I was wondering if it had a bar on the bottom. Lawrence system is fine as I already have a 5x. I'm up at bald hills on the north side. Thanks for the offer but I think I've got enough info along with the utubes I have seen to decide that as soon as I have saved a couple more razoos I'll get it to sort out the tunes
    Thanks for your help lucee

No worries. Also give grand marlin a buzz at valet boat services he isn't installing but I believe he is still supplying at the moment. Got most of my electronics from him and will use him again
