Western Australia fishing touring trip, need help with spots and techniques.

NyHi guys I'm a newbie here. I'm travelling with my girlfriend who also loves fishing! We have just arrived in esperance and are dead keen to start fishing. I've tried to find out some locations but would really love some help. We have a 4wd so access shouldn't be a problem but no boat. So looking for land based fishing spots that are running hot at the moment. Have gear for beach or soft plastics. Anyway so we are spending 3.5 months driving from esperance to Darwin and would like to fish the whole way.

Any help would be greatly appreciated and would love to meet up for some fishing and a couple beers on our way up. Not fussy about what we catch a mixture would be good.
