lowrance fuel sensor connected to raymarine nmea

i have a E7D raymarine unit i will be installing in my boat when finished

i was looking at adding a fuel sensor that has the nmea connection
and was hoping some one here may know if the EP-60 fuel flow sensor
EP-65R fuel level sensor lowrance units work properly with raymarine.

I have contacted lowrance but as i expected they advised to buy a lowrance display.

    thanks

Is the Ray unit NMEA 2000 certified?

If it is, then it should work fine with the EP. NMEA 2k is an industry wide standard, so any NMEA 2 k unit will talk to others.

    Cheers

Yep it says says that it has NMEA2000 certification and connection is via a SeaTalk NG to NMEA2000
with a Devicenet cable so ill grab it and see.

One thing, just check the Ray manual to see if it can display fuel data, probably Ok, but best to check.

Maybe call Ray to ask them.
