floatation foam installation what a mission

progressing along with my rebuild and went and grabbed the required
0.75 cubic meters of foam i need so i can get my build plate.

Well fook me i did not realise how hard it would be to actually
fit it all in.When i looked at the boat ( 4.9mtr ) i thought yeah
no hassles will get it all in no worries.

Well let me tell you it was one of the most frustrating jobs i have
had to do so far in the end i was cutting up tiny pieces to get it
    into the smallest of spaces.

So if you intend putting some foam in be ready to be suprised at how
    quick the space fills up.

    I used 3 sheets of 2.4 x 1.2 x 100 neolon (nrp) closed cell buoyancy foam $188 a sheet

What type of flotation standard are trying to acheive??

    positive flotation or upright ??

Upright requires foam to be placed as per a standard??

as directed by the marine surveyor ( Nick Lockyer ) to achieve the new regulation standard
so this rebuild will get a 2012 build plate
