Daintreeboy i forgot to add in my last reply, i found that after i have mixed my epoxy i pour it out onto a plastic lid let it settle for 1/2 min, then i find i have minimal bubbles, any i find on the rod after i have coated it i just blow on them lightly with a straw. Try this it might help
