Hi scott me mate was useing whole squid,i was using mullet fillets and whole butterflied husar.

Good on you Steve well done mate. The rewards of another big effort. 13.6kg Red is cracker in anyone's book.

If only people knew how much time effort goes in to catching good fish in that area. They don't come easy that's for sure.

Thanks Steve it was a very productive night. The oldman layed down for a bit but wasn't long till he came flying out of the cab when snaps, jacks and reds hit the deck. Him and Andy are well into their 60's and they put a massive night in with no sleep. Hope I can do that at their age.
