Where to fish this weekend with kids

Hi all,

I am looking at taking the boy and girl and misses if she can get up in the mornings for some fishing.

The kids of late have been loving there fishing, (land base) in and around brisbane area.

I was thinking of taking them fishing up either of the coast's this weekend, tomorrow or Sunday.
Could someone help with location, tides and so on to have a good day.

Where not after a feed just more in it for the fun of catching, but if there are some bigs ones around the kids would sure love seeing line striping off the reel.

Id suggest fishing the bribie passage.... Try buckleys, red beach etc. You can usually catch something, and there are good snapper in the passage at the moment, so very chance of hearing the drag go zing....
