Live bait locations in Northern Moreton Bay

Has any one got any tips for live bait in the northern end of the bay i.e Mud Island North?
Other than the main channel markers (they usually look like parking lots).

cant help for large bait but you can get bucket loads of herring against the deep side of the concrete wall on the south side of luggage point on your way out

Yellowtail pike from the Redcliffe foreshores would be my first port of call on the western side of the bay.
