    Noble Boat International

    Oz

For how long after a sale would the above apply?

This is the stuff of horror and lack of sleep for retailers me thinks.

Perhaps it should be the subject of a quiz for boat retailers (and maybe other stuff too) "Heres another way for you to go out of business!"

You ask a fair enough question; just not very well put (in my opinion). Your query and Trevellys boat should have their own focus independantly so I suggest a reword of the thread question and a change to the title.

Last time I looked at this area there was no limit on time for implied warranty (but it would depend on type of goods, price paid etc), although there are the usual time limits for bringing a civil claim, so if there is a problem always act fast with the retailer and then if it is worth it follow up on legal advise.
