cold smoker give away

hi everyone just smoked all of my trout that i baught back from tassie built a timber smoking box with 12v extraction and circulation fans all up draws 1/2 an amp worked very well dimentions are 600x600x1200 heigh. have nowhere to keep it if anyone wants it let me know i am at cudgen

I'm at Murwillumbah - I'd have it and definitely pick it up. Love cold smoked fish. I've got a hot smoker but not cold

I haven't done cold smoked fish for yonks now, might see about setting up another one, mind you, I am very partial to hot smoked fish just out of the smoker, it seems to be completely different to later on when it has gone cold for some reason.
