help with mounting electric motor PLEASE...

hey all just looking for a bit of advice on mounting my electric motor, ive just purchased a watersnake along with a quick release mounting bracket and there isnt any clear instructions on the mounting of the motor,i know its not rocket science but i want to get it right the first time.
i have had the bow rail modified to accomadate the motor, and i also have an anchor well at the bow so it will be to the left of the middle of the bow.
i surpose the question im asking is where should i start at getting the correct position of the bracket and getting the motor positioned correctly.
so if you have mounted one before i would like to know how you have done it,as i said i just want to get it right and not stuff it up.

and also if you have any pics that would be great, and any advice.

    cheers marty

dont know about others but i have a sheet of 10mm marine ply cut to fit the bow under the ally for stability and to reduce stress on the topdeck of the bow.
fishing's as simple as 3 P's - patience, perserverance and PLASTIC!
