Shot out to peel for a look around to see if any snapps were around to hook up on this big eye (i think) and mate (Lucky) got a 30cm squire for our troubles. Windy and cold as sun came up and slow as but you never know if you never go eh. Greedy little bugger eh. Cheers DD.....

I got few in the shallows a couple of weeks back on surface lures, Good little fighters on 4 pound string.

ddobson, are you using the hook sheath as a lumo above the jighead?

Dantren - yes i was using them for large snapper at first light and i found out the lumo bead lights up so i kept it on over the knot for every ounce of help but after light up the trevally liked it better and the snaps were not around today or last week.

Dan - they go hard and a hungry little bugger to take a 7 inch.

The old leagond - yes i have been giving them a gurnsey on the ol plate off late and wishing i got more of them. Do you have dayoos contact for more or do i just PM him on here?
