Go Down To Morgans during the week or a Saturday morning and ask them for Oysters that have not been shucked, They are constantly getting them in and will happily sell you them.

5 dozen oysters is not worth there time bondy.

I buy my oysters from City oysters - look them up in the yellow pages. They open the oyster fresh in front of you. I usually buy a box of 10 dozens or so for $120 or less.

Tasmanian oysters have more taste.

The missus is MAD keen on oysters. We goto a mob in tweed called birds bay oyster farm it is a trek down there but
out of all the oysters she has eaten she claims these the best in size and eating quality and only freshly shucked for sale there.

i see a truck near my work nearly everyday at morayfield,the truck is "oysters on bribie",they deliver direct to the morayfield sports club,friend have often told me how good the oysters are at the sporties.

I've been to most areas and I too use to work on an oyster farm many years ago, so I do have an idea
