Got the standard update list in Iphone last night never look i always just update,Navionics was on the list,few new improvements including wind and tide function
Here is the BUTAll my Waypoints are gone
I only ever used it for potential Spots all good catch marks are on GPS in Boat,Pain in the arse though I had a heap of spots to try.

You can't back up navionics on an IPhone to my knowledge ?
Not sure about navionics but apps that are backed up to itunes also hold all info. aslo apps backed up on icloud should also start where it was last backed up you can go into settings and choose what apps you want to backup to icloud. I run wireless and didnt even plug my phone into computer to backup just did it on handset.lost nothing. I would check you icloud back up settings.

I perfomed the update yesterday and have just read this thread and panic set in!!!!
Iv'e just checked it and phew! I still have all my waypoints!!! Woot Woot
Just realized I upgraded software on phone last week to 5.1 ver I reckon that must of been what wiped them then,all my maps are still there just no waypoints
