    Samurai 532 - which blank?

    Hello all,
had a look at a samurai 532 today (made up rod) while I was in Sydney and had some time to kill. Really liked the action & style of the blank (light tip but heaps of grunt) but usually prefer to make my own. Does anyone know which Samurai blank it is built on? It is a 2 piece that splits near the butt like a lot of the jig rods.

    cheers, Mike

Forgot to add that I wanted to use it primarily out of a boat with around 10kg braid with a 4-5000 sized reel for light bottom fishing, lure tossing, small live baits up here (Townsville) . Happy to take suggestions for an equivalent blank I could build up. Happy if it is one piece.

    cheers

Dunno about that rod but I had a Samurai NV8 blank made up for me which sounds like it will suit. It's 7 foot one piece and rated 6 to 10 kilo. Matched it with a Stella 5000 SW and it is my favourite rig by far.
