somewhere to fish on Sunny Coast

The rivers are brown......... and getting worse.
I called at Lake Kawana this morning in raincoat and hat chucking a couple of lures.......
The water was much a bit dirty but much better than the rivers.
then a few swirls, few more , maybe 20. Saw what looked like a big trevalley herding herring 3 meters in front of me......
Didn't get a hookup, but it sure was exciting......
Between the wiers at Kawana Island was clearer as well.

    Hi Marlin Mike,
Yes the Barra farm at Bli Bli is still operating, but as I'm moving to Bundaberg, I'll wait and get a wild fish...... I just want a small fish as my wife doesn't like fish too much.

    Have a good paddle Funchy.....
you could troll around Kawana Lake........ big trevers, queenfish, tailor,
