Honda Service in Brisbane

Hi

I have a 40 hp Honda that hasn't been run for a while. It will turn over but won't start, and ideally I want the dealer to pull the motor off and replace the ply on the transom with a plastic plate (although that's not essential, and I can probably get anybody to do that).

So who would I get to do this. It might need parts, so I'm not sure of one of the mobile mechanics could do that.

Any ideas?
