    'Barra and jacks'

Few fish of late, been quite a few jacks over the past 2-3months along with a barra trip with a mate; it has been a fun new year of fishing to date. Heres some photos!

Don't think I have posted these jacks yet, a few of the better photos. Alot of them have been solo fishing and the photos are average at best and require a lot of blacking out lol

Barra's ranged from 94-99cm, missed out on the meter mark just but mate nailed a 103cm which was good too see.

interesting jig head setup on the z-man. looks like you are using the hook they supply with the plastics? can never get them to stay on properly.

Hey mate, those hooks that come with the zman swimmerz are pretty good but I wasnt using one of them. I was using a TT warhead, cant remember the exact size and weight atm but ill find out for you soon. I find them really good on jacks as you can work the snags as slow as you want and hop them into and out of the rock walls with out them snagging up at all. Havent ever pulled hooks using these warheads, the jacks get a hold of them brilliantly. Some other mates been using 1/4 5/0 jigheads, they are pretty good too but the occasional jack pulls the hooks, just depends what you have confidence in I guess
