    Redland bay again

    three big muddy bucks this morning throwing my pots in from shore, went back for the high tide this arvo and caught a 60 cm estuary cod this was in in the bay landbased bloody good day then i was bitten off by a shark on a 145Lb leader.
    seems to be a few more tiger prawns around today than there has been also i am getting very large ones very very large.

    Nobody likes a showoff pero lol, not quite that big mate around 18 cm are the ones we are getting. thats a pretty good prawn you got there wow!

    Hey Sambino, Before the Rain We got Half a dozen tigers in one session. The farms started harvesting their stock ponds mid January.4 of which were 20cm. Your right, They are big.
    Normal for this time of Year .
    Over the next month or two, a number will be caught by prawners. And having a bottom pocket will give you an advantage. They often don't skip to the top pocket ala Banana prawns.
