Have the Mackeral showed up on Sunshine Coast yet?

Any reports of Mackeral on the sunny coast yet? Plenty of bait out there!!

got some yesterday on palmbeach was a heap of boats out counted around 80.
birds where working in the afternoon as well

Mate fished Noosa yesterday looking for mackeral. Did a lot of searching around Laguna Bay through to Sunshine Reef and all I could find was a yellowfin tuna and a heap of striped tuna. Not sure if anyone else was catching much but the general consensus with a few of the local kayakers was they are yet to turn up. Plenty of bait in though.

where they fishing, as of last few weeks they are more than on with triple figures on some sessions with daily averages in the 40's !
