    SP Fishing Southside Brisbane

Hi all new to the forum!
Just booked a week up at lake monduran in February and would like to teach my wife how to fish with soft and hard plastics.

We live at Manly so I am guessing Wello Point rockwalls and cleveland would be a good starting point?
Wouldn't mind catching a few bream or flathead either
Land based only as we don't have a boat (we are hiring one up at the lake though).

I normally travel to Caloundra and Bribie but from what I see on the forums there are much better places then norm.

Also wouldnt mind catching up with some locals and go fishing

    Thanks in advance,
    Todd.
(hope this is the right place to post this)

Entrance to Raby Bay canals is ok, been there couple times over the past fortnight, mainly small bream, but scored a 75cm shovel nose shark the other day. Have seen some surface feeders busting up the surface occasionally too, maybe Trevally?

Was told by a tackle shop owner that manly rockwall is ok too.

    Good luck!
