Hi, Thanks for post the photo.
Unbranded reel , made by J W Day in Brisbane late 40's.
You will see other branded reels such as Lanmor, Topnotch, Moreton Bay and others with the same design.
Made in 3, 3 1/2 , 4 1/2 and 5 inch sizes.

Not worth a lot of money because of no brand.
Better to give a clean and display.
