Fishermans island bridge (northside of bridge) 26/12/11

4 Hours before hightide to hightide, lots of bream mostly legal up to 35cm caught a few babys in closer while trying to get some gar think i might try the south side next time for the gar. prawn bait was the go not a thing touched the plastic. bit crowded too. was mainly there to get some gar for bait too i heard it was good there for gar ill try again and let ya know what happens. overall a good night

iv fished the southside next to the boat ramp and have wondered about tryin the other side, mite have to give it ago. is the fences still there?

there are fences beside the coastguard or whatever it is you can park on howard smith drve right by the fishing spot. its a bit away from the bridge. how does the southside go?
