    fishing last night....28in

got this bugger in the cast net...just under southport bridge...put up a good fight at the start but then just became a dead weight.
hooked him with the gaff and dragged it back to the boat ramp.
Thats the 2nd one of got from there, the first one i dragged up on the anchor.

Typical Wayno.....sinking the gaff in for no reason at all except to cull the local population of bikes.Playing god again i see. What gave you the right to decide weather the bike lived or not.Is there no end to the useless killing Wayno?
Next time you decide to do this you should look up the DPI website, i believe it says all bike over 27" caught in December shall be released due to their breeding cycle.

Mate , a moped...thats the holy grail of this breed.
If i was you id be heading for rather large bridges with not a lot of traffic of a night....they sems to find there way in the dark of the night..
