Fished the upper reaches of the brisbane river Sunday ave .A little quite with a steady stream of bloody cat fish coming on board .
caught one 38cm bass on a jackall d cherry lure .Half hour went by without any further bites , decided to throw on a spinner bait .........................
Tied on a black & red spinner & within 10 casts hooked up to a 50cm model
Was hoping it would have gone more than 51cm to improve my P.B. Never mind theres always next time .

Iam fishing from a canoe , therefore the spots to put in are varried .As for putting a boat in there is probably only 1 location ( depending on size / weight of boat ) and that would be twin bridges & travelling upstream . There are more locations to launch from if you can drag / carry boat to the water . What size boat are you using ?
