Took run out to woody this morning. Ended up being a nice morning.
Tried bit fishing but no takers.
Took run up the pine to highway bridge then went back out to woody and then glassed out so went up to Scarborough reef.
Not to many out this morning, but sea breeze got it right.
Anyone else get out today?

I went for a walk along Margate Beach just before sunset tonight and could not believe nobody was out fishing, conditions were good. Water did not look alive however with minimal signs of baitfish or birds about.

I snuck out in a mates tinny this morning from Scarborough early. Tried a few small surface poppers on the high tide over the flats, but not much good. Did manage a small estuary cod and 2 flathead, not much size to them, biggest went 42. Was a nice morning though. Back by 8.30.
Life is too short for instant coffee!

Went for a run on the jetski from Scarborough up the Pumicestone Passage to the ocean beaches out front of Caloundra.
Plenty of boats in the passage, most were pulling up heaps of weed from what I saw.
