Took the canoe up the river this morning at 10am. It was hot. high tide.
Chucking a few Bozo rigged soft plastics at mangroves and snags.........
Got this trevalley under Kawana bridge....
He swallowed the lure right down, so he's on the BBQ tonight..
It's a beautiful river, a couple of I think ospreys.. fishing close.
And upon returning to the ramp ,I met two council guys whose job it was to walk along the rivers and collect all the rubbish people leave on out beautiful waterways..... I'm sure it's not anyone of the forum..
They find a few lures etc , but get disappointed with some people who continually trash our river banks..
Lost my 10 year old favourite hat, it sank quickly as it had a wire in the brim.
any day on the river is good .
