Bundall Rd bridge on the top or bottom of the tide as anytime else it pushes thru pretty quick, livies head over to buds beach. nice sandy beach.

    Chevron Brdige western side,council chambers,Cascade gardens,Convention Centre,Bond Uni.
No real secret spots there mate but some areas easily accessed landbased.
Find any canal with a dead end and a park and you should be able to find enough bait for a session.
Plenty of mullet and herring around at the moment.

Any of the bridges behind the casino are good, try sunshine blvd, theres plenty of parks to walk along for LB anglers. Theres a park up volante cr, mermaid wtrs with a good rockwall as well. hard to recommend any otgher spots, but the rockwall behind the council chambers is good.

Chevron and Capri bridges really only good if you have a boat.

    cheers

Also have a crack at Monaco st bridge. same as wayno said, slack tides. Also try different bait (butterfly-fillet dead mullet/dead herring/ox kidney) if the livies aren't doing the trick. Sometimes dead baits outdo the livies.
