Hadnt been out in ages, so we decided to give Green a bash and see what we could muster up. Hit the water at 4am and it was pretty constant all morning until 8am.
Got 4 keeper squire, all around 38-40cm. A 36cm bream and a nice plate sized flounder.
Fisheries was at the ramp when we returned and measured the bream and squire.
All in all a good day and a nice way to spend a morning before heading off for cricket.

Well done beefaman nice feed there mate. Its good to here Green still holding some nice fish I normally drop my crab pots of at spot X there then head somewhere else for a fish. I havent fished Green in ages I think ill have to give it a go again.

Well done beefa, green can hold good snapper at times, and big brutes that like to rub you on the coral, the top third of the island i found best, 18 legal snapper before 8am was my best, kept 2 for a feed the rest was just fun..

There's fish there, but once the boat traffic increases and the sun is up, then forget about it.
