Gday,
Had a good sesh down at the beach yesterday throwing small blades on the little spin outfit, was surprised at how eagerly the dart hit the small lures. The standout hookup however was a 56cm Trev that hit like a train and put up a hell fight. Best test for a while and a joy on the loomis GLX dropshot with 2500 stella, 4lb fireline in smoke, the only lure I used was my favy,strikepro cybervibe 9.1 gram(4.5cm)
Ended up with a dozen good dart and 3 trevs, all released !!

I see a lot of footage on tv of people catching dart on the beach and keeping them for a feed?
Are they any good to eat, or are they like trevs?
Dan, bleed them immediately then throw them whole into the hot smoker, they come up very good beach fare that way.
