Hi JT I'm loving the Venom rod mate. Gee you can load it up and put some power through it. I wouldnt mind taking a little length off the butt for bottom fishing but it's such a versatile rod and I haven't picked up another rod since I started using it.Originally Posted by jtpython

hmm not really...you have those trips that are really slow but just means I need to put extra effort in to get the results. Greg which venom are you using the 250g or 350 g? They certainly are a top rod.
