    Caloundra Snapz

    Hi All,

Ventured to Cal Wide approx 1 week ago, sounded to find patches of snapper off the bottom around 1/4 to 1/2 in the water collum..

Tried droppers first which yielded only 1, got going with a berley trail to get them chewin and the floaters did the damage..

Bonuses was a red throat (the only one must have been lost?), couple of hussar(on droppers) and a AJ..

Was outfished by my comrades 4 to 1 but still a great day on the water..

hey trev that pearly mark is in about 55.. but so is about 10nmx4nm of ground out there. worth a look before you head out to 70m though.

Seastorm, From reading Hallcomp01's report it states my comrades so going by that I would guess atleast 3 POB.
No problem there with bag limits and none look over 70cm so no problem there either....

    Cheers

Seastorm we had 3 ppls onboard that day.. We hit the bag limit in a few hours so came home.. None landed in the 70+ range unfortunately...
