There are cheap fusible links that screw to your battery terminal via standard connections. Available in many sizes including 60 amp. Places like Springers and possibly Repco and Supercheap have them. I bought mine from Springers seeing they are close to me.
I personally would not opt for a resettable circuit breaker on a small boat unless it is sealed up inside a junction box to avoid moisture.

Dantren I used the sealed in line fuse holders that they use for car stereo installations the take the big glass inline fuses up to 60 or 70 amp .Pick them up at Supercheap or Autobarn etc
