    tweed storm snaps and trag

Had some good times with dave and ben today even though we got caught in the storm. The winds and rain picked up big time and the drift was pretty fast. Thought about putting out a halco instead of the baits. Waited it out and the stiff NE blew us home.

Nah on bait Rob. GPS def helps. I have a hand held GPS i can bring when things work out and i finally get to go in your boat - keen as. C'mon the warmer mackeral water. We were out wider than you and a little earlier. We ran out to get away from the storm but it caught us, it was pretty wild for about an hour.

Yeh was a bit of fun alright, loved the glass out out complete with black clouds and lightning and us thinking we'd beaten the sucker by heading wider. Was definitely worthwhile and you just gotta love the way fish bite in a storm.
