    not sure on the size of sinker but would say around the 5 or 6 ball would be on the money

    not on plastics mate,i think the pretty colours of the plastics scare the fish away.hay tim u and scalem have got this mark so try your plastics and see if they pay off for ya.didn't last week..lol

    i woould give floatlining a go as of late i have hardly lost any baits on the bottom bashin rigs in the area where i got this lot from

    yeah tim had a few on board the last couple of trips,going to have another go this weekend if the weather plays the game...had a good feed of snapp with the relies yesterday while watching the footy,eatin the last couple of fillets tonite for dinner .is hard to beat fresh fish

    The 1 oz egg sinker is approx the same weight as a 4 ball.
    A good while back 4 of us were floating flesh baits out the back of "Alexander" at the Hards using 4 ball sinkers but no bites even though the sounder showed we were over snapper. Put out a snood rig with a glow 1 oz egg sinker on top of the 2nd hook and pulled in a nice 3kg snapper. We all switched to glow sinkers and even glow jigheads and bagged out in 1 hour.
