Hi guys...just wanted to know where you can buy bloodworms on the Gold Coast.. preferably on the north end (coomera) and if possible an idea of cost? Thanks in advance
As Fishawn has said no Bloodworms available on the Goldy, the Gem or in Brisbane is the only places.
A lot of the Bloodworms dug here are sent to Sydney, they must get more money for them down there, i don't know how they are dear enough to buy up here, cheers wayne
the gem sell them as does victoria point tackle and marine.and if you order them from ian you can pick up from ormeau hills [ given a bit of notice].Youngy, mate the reason they sell to sydney is because they [ the diggers ] get good money for them. cant blame them really. and here we either buy per worm or buy weight. i dont make much on them , by the time you cost in electricity, getting fresh water, etc. its just a part of the service of the bait shop

The price of the Blood worms at the Gem Bait & Tackle are $10 for 25 grams which is about 4-5 worms, but the more you buy the cheaper they are, you will pay $30 and get about 90 grams
