    rainbow beach

    had a work comitment on friday in tin can bay so took the opertunity to drag the boat up and have a arvo fish ,crew meet me up there friday afternoon and fished through untill lunch time saturday , the current on the shelf seen us using 3kg sinkers but a few good fish landed biggest red went 13-14 kg . great run home saturday

    Some nice fish there for a quick one bud.
    Shame about the current and its going to be a big problem from now on too.
    Weldone and talk soon.You have to be fishing a different spot then me mate,we havent even pulled a spangle or snap off it yet.lol

    Nice table of fish, We spent Saturday fishing east of Eurong, scratched up a feed just!

    nice to be able to incorporate work with the finner things in life, nice feed.
    wow 3kg of lead, deckwinches i would presume.

    thanks for replys , yeh more time on grounds and reds would of been chewing but didnt have that time frame had a good feed for quickie replenished the freezer happy with that

    You didn't by any chance launch from the Tin Can Coast Guard ramp around 1pm or so while I was winching up the old blue and white Haines v17c alongside you?

    yes that was me , i was commisioning my new auto pilot shall be known as new crew member george, had a hr or so wait for the crew to come up from brissy

    p.s dont know how i lived without george before now just have to try and convince dpi he counts for bag limit lol,

    sean always caught spangles with our reds current was that bad we were float lining with 3kgs of lead.
